
Q: Can I bring in a birthday cake even if I don’t schedule a birthday party?
A: We do not allow any outside food or drink, including birthday cakes, unless you’ve scheduled a birthday party with us in advance.
Q: How much is it to get in?
A: Admission prices vary by session, Skate Rental is $5 for all sessions (Mandatory skate rental charged for those ages 2-17 without their own skates)

Q: If I’m not skating, do I have to pay?
A: We do charge all guests between the ages of 2-17 admission and skate rental if they do not have their own skates, for non-skating adults (ages 18+), we do charge a small spectator fee of $3.
Q: What if I have my own skates, do I still have to pay?
A: We do charge for admission even if you have your own skates.
Q: Can I drop my kids off there to skate?
A: We pride ourselves on providing a safe and fun hang out for kids and teens! If you do choose to drop your children off with us, please ensure that they have your contact information available should anything happen and we need to contact a parent or guardian.
Q: Is anyone allowed to come on Teen Night?
A: Of course! We do not have any age requirements to attend our Teen Skate on Saturday nights.
Q: Do you sell skates?
A: We do! You can come in during any one of our public skating sessions to check out what we have on hand or flip through our catalog if you’d like us to order something we don’t have in house.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept cash, cards (VISA, MC, Discover and AMEX) and mobile pay!
Q: What is the PlayZone and does it cost extra?
A: The PlayZone is the jungle gym for our guests aged 10yo and younger. It is an additional $5 per child for entry into this area.
Q: Are masks required?
A: Currently, we do not require our guests to wear masks to enjoy our facility. Please be aware that this policy is subject to change without notice.
Q: Do I have to make reservations or can I just show up?
A: You do not need reservations to skate during our public sessions, you would pay admission fees when you arrive. If you are coming with a large group, we do offer group packages for 15 or more guests and these packages must be booked with a team member by calling 856-795-1919 at least 48 hours in advance. Q: Do you have lessons?
A: We offer public skating lessons every Saturday morning from 9am-10am for both beginner and advanced skaters of all ages! No reservations required!
Q: Do you have lockers?
A: Lockers are certainly available for guests! They are 50 cents for use. Please be aware that our staff is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Q: Are you hiring?
A: We are always accepting applications both online and in person! If you are interested in a position with us, stop by to fill out an application or visit www.hotwheelzskate.com/job-application to submit one online!
Q: Do you have Skate Mates? (Skate assist)
A: We currently do not have skate mates available at our location.
Q: Do you have skates for toddlers?
A: Of course! We have quad style skates beginning at a children’s size 6, and Fisher Price skates for our younger guests!
Q: Do you have an adult skate night?
A: We do not currently have a regularly scheduled Adult Skate Night. To stay up to date with our Special Skate Sessions, please visit us at www.hotwheelzskate.com/special-events and join our VIP club!
Q: Do you sell gift cards?
A: We sure do! Gift Cards can be purchased at our rink for any amount.
Q: If I booked a birthday party, how soon can I check in?
A: We do allow party parents to check in 10 minutes prior to their party’s start time to allow for any additional set up. We ask that guests wait until the party’s start time to check in.
Q: I have a birthday party, what happens if more kids show up than I thought?
A: Our hosts will keep track of the number of children who check in for your party. If you exceed the original number of guests booked, we will write up a bill for any additional children at the end of your party, which you can pay that day. However, if you know ahead of time that you will certainly be exceeding the number of guests that were originally booked, please update us prior to your party so that we can ensure we are properly prepared for your guests.
Q: I booked a birthday party online, but I haven’t received a confirmation yet. Is my time still reserved?
A: We try our best to confirm party bookings as soon as possible! If you have not received an email confirming your party, please remember to check your spam folder in your email. If still nothing, please call our office at 856-795-1919 or send us an email to events@hotwheelzskate.com to confirm your party and to ensure the contact information we have on file is correct!
Q: Can I bring decorations in for my party?
A: We provide all table covers and place settings and we do allow any tabletop decorations for your party but we ask that no backdrops, banners or photos that must be taped/tacked to the wall, tables or on a stand come in. For balloons, we do ask that they be attached to an anchor.
Q: Can I bring my own paper products for my party?
A: Of course! We ask that arrangements be made to have your decorations dropped off in advance for us to set up with, so as not to interfere with your party’s start time.
Q: I have guests in my party with food allergies and cannot eat what is provided, what should I do?
A: If a member of your party has any dietary restrictions, please make us aware in advance so we can make accommodations.
Q: If I have a birthday party booked, do I have to pay for the adults?
A: Included in all of our birthday party packages, the birthday child’s parents skate for free (Limit of 2 free adults). If adults are not skating, there is no charge. If additional adults decide to skate, the fee is $8 and includes skate rental. Either we can bill you for this amount at the close of your party, or adults can pay for themselves if they choose to skate.
Q: If I book a party, how many tables do I get?
A: For birthday parties, we do reserve seating for your included party guests. Typically, one of our party tables can fit 12 children comfortably.

Q: I’m looking into booking a party. For the number of guests, is the birthday child included in that number?
A: Yes, when calculating your guest count, the birthday child(ren) should be included in that number. No need to count the adults in your guest number, though! Non-skating adults attending a scheduled birthday party are not charged admission, and skating adults are an additional $8 which either you or the skating adult can pay.
Q: How long do I have to pay off my party balance?
A: Party balances must be paid in full no later than 48 hours prior to your party’s start time. If not paid by that time, there is a late fee of $25 automatically applied to your balance. Payments can be made online via the link provided in your confirmation email or over the phone by calling 856-795-1919.
